Iron Sharpening Iron will always be anchored by the 12-month Executive Leadership Certificate program that first kicked off this fantastic work. As we seek to expand the network of women who benefit from this model, we are increasing the on-ramps to our content and community.

12-Month Executive Leadership Certificate
Over the course of three in-person gatherings, you’ll get the most in-depth version of what the Curriculum, Coaching and Community model can offer. Each new class onboards in May and is capped at 21 participants.

12-Week Virtual Seminar
Not everyone can make their way to Princeton, NJ! For women who are eager to engage executive leadership readings, research, and conversation at a high level, but have to stay close to home, this virtual seminar is a great introduction to the core curriculum that defines Iron Sharpening Iron.

Book Club
The ISI Book Club offers a dynamic space for growth, connection, and inspiration. Over the summer — June, July, and August — participants explore a new book each session to spark fresh insights into leadership, resilience, and purpose. Thoughtfully selected titles invite both personal reflection and group dialogue, expanding perspectives through diverse voices and stories. Whether uncovering leadership lessons in a novel or diving into transformative ideas from leading thinkers, the club fosters a supportive, empowering community of women leaders.

Webinars and Workshops
Available to alumnae, current participants, and those exploring executive education, this are excellent ways to check out the Iron Sharpening Iron approach. These offerings build on Iron Sharpening Iron’s core curriculum, creating content that speaks directly to the expressed needs of our current participants.
